Happy Anniversary

Happy Anniversary. Today was our 12th Anniversary. Nick had two soccer games today and a pizza party because soccer is over with so we didn’t get a chance to do anything today. We did go out to dinner last night and went to see A Christmas Carol the movie. I really enjoyed it and the 3D was amazing. We had taken Nick and Allison to downtown Portland last summer when The Christmas Carol Train was touring and so we got to see a little bit of the movie last summer and I was really looking forward to it. I was hoping to take Nick but I don’t know if he would be to interested in the story line of the movie. I may wait till he is a little bit older. Tonight we watched Christmas Movie. I have never seen the whole movie and now I can say I have. So I guess I can say we spent most of our anniversary watching Christmas movies and standing out in the cold at soccer games.
Scott starts a new job on Monday he will be working for Regence and than still working for Warn from home in the evenings. He is looking forward to it but is still a little scared. I am going to really miss him he is going to be coming home from work much later and won’t be able to come home for lunch any more. We have been very lucky the last few years.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween. We went trick or treating two nights this year which seemed a little weird to me. We went to the Oregon City Shopping Center on Friday night and Uncle Ben, Aunt Becky, Harlow and Grandma joined us. Nick enjoyed every minute of it. Allie didn’t want to go Trick or Treating and thought that it had been cancelled because our church was suppose to do something and it had been cancelled. With some convincing she did put on her costume and really enjoyed getting candy. Chocolate is her favorite. Saturday night we went up to Scott’s parents house and went Trick or Treating around their street. There is only about 12 houses but it seems to be just the right amount for us. Scott has been really sick this week I am hoping no one else catches it and we can all stay healthy.

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday to me. Tuesday the 27th was my 37th birthday. That is getting really close to 40 which kind of scares me. I enjoyed many celebrations with family and friends and want to thank everyone again for everything and for everyone making it such a special day. We always let the kids decide what type of theme they want to have for our birthday. Nick had chosen Star Wars for Scott on his last birthday and Allison picked Princesses for me, so I had a Princess birthday party. They get very excited about our birthdays. Allison can even sing Happy Birthday now and it is just the cutest thing in the world. I love my kids.
