It was finally my turn to get that wonderful phone call from school. It could have been way worse though. Nick had fallen in the gym and had hit his head. They were not to sure how hurt he was but said it looked pretty swollen and he said he was seeing double. When I got there he said he still wasn’t feeling well and so I went ahead and took him home and made a Dr. appt. We got into the Dr. right away and by that time he was feeling better. That has happened so many times he will complain he doesn’t feel well and as soon as I make the Dr. appt he is feeling better. After a day of rest he was all better and ready to go back to school.
Allie’s eye has looked pretty red lately also. I am not sure what is going on with it twice now it has gotten all red and swollen I took her to the Dr. and he didn’t have any idea what it could be and said to give her some Tylenol. This Dr. is good but I still miss the Dr. that the kids had at Kaiser. He retired the same time we were switching insurances and so we would have had to find a new Dr. any way I am glad we got to have him as our Dr. for at least a little while.
