Day before Christmas Eve

I think the kids ended up having four Christmases this year the first one started the day before Christmas Eve and was with my extended family. I had taken Allie to get her fingernails painted that day and she cried a little bit but not to bad and they turned out nice. I think I will try to do this with her every year and maybe in a few years I can get mine done too. Nick was singing in the children’s choir on Christmas Eve and so I decided to have their Christmas Eve pictures taken on this night since there was going to be more time. How Allie has changed in a year it was such a struggle to get her to sit still the year before, it is still a struggle to get her to stand still but easier to get pictures and she is smiling now. Her hair has grown so much this last year also. The kids had a lot of fun playing with their cousins and opening presents and Nick even played the piano for everyone.
